Following the success of last year’s Veterinary Women in Leadership (VWIL) session, this inspiring collaboration between Veterinary Woman and XLVets returns to the London Vet Show 2025 with two new events designed to spark reflection, connection and growth.

In 2024, VWIL hosted a vibrant Community Mastermind on female entrepreneurship in the veterinary professions. The session drew a full audience and encouraged honest, thought-provoking discussion around what entrepreneurship really means within a veterinary context.

Building on that success, VWIL is delighted to host two sessions at this year’s London Vet Show, continuing its mission to empower veterinary women to lead with confidence, authenticity and purpose.
