For a thriving and sustainable veterinary profession, it’s important that women feel enabled and empowered to start up and invest in veterinary enterprises.

Veterinary Women In Leadership (VWIL), will be returning to London Vet Show to lead one of the popular Community Mastermind sessions on the subject of “How can we encourage entrepreneurship amongst veterinary women?” on Thursday 14th November at 3:10 pm – 4:00 pm.

VWIL is an ongoing collaboration between Veterinary Woman and XLVets, together on a mission to inspire and facilitate strong, health and representative leadership fit for the future of the profession. The aim of this Community Mastermind session is to discuss the barriers and enablers to women’s entrepreneurship in the veterinary sector and what we can do to ensure parity and prosperity for female veterinary entrepreneurs.

Join the discussion

The participatory session will bring us together to identify and discuss the issues around entrepreneurship amongst veterinary women and how we can tackle them. We will share the outcomes, aiming to ensure female veterinary entrepreneurs have parity and are confident to access opportunities and achieve success in building their own enterprises.
